The American Advertising Federation (AAF), headquartered in Washington, D.C., acts as the "Unifying Voice for Advertising." The AAF is the oldest national advertising trade association, representing 40,000 professionals in the advertising industry. The AAF has a national network of 200 ad clubs located in ad communities across the country. Through its 225 college chapters, the AAF provides 7,500 advertising students with real-world case studies and recruitment connections to corporate America. Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce
Through leadership, the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce stimulates new business development and existing business growth. Established in 1887, the Chamber is the community’s primary economic development organization. Type Directors Club
The Type Directors Club is the leading international organization whose sole purpose is to support excellence in typography, both in print and on screen. Founded in 1946 by some of the industry's leading practitioners, the TDC's earliest membership included Aaron Burns, Will Burtin, Freeman Craw, Louis Dorfsman, Fene Federico, Edward M. Gottschall, Herb Lubalin, Edward Rondthaler, Bradbury Thompson, and Hermann Zapf. With this solid historical background, the TDC today represents the best of today's type design and type use.
