Maycreate Wins "Business of the Year" Award

YPAC or the Young Professionals Association of Chattanooga, a leadership incubator, holds a competition each year to nominate the Young Professional and the Young Professional Friendly Business. The competition is intense and there are an increasing number of nominations every year, making it a challenging decision for the judges. Following a close review for the entrants, the field was narrowed to ten finalists for the two awards.

Out of the ten, Maycreate was chosen as the 2009 Friendly Business of the Year. Criteria for selection was based on scheduling work hours around YP needs and an understanding of the generation's work/life balance. It was also noted that Maycreate actively seeks out promising young students who attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, with the hope that they will remain here versus moving on to another city.

Maycreate has always encouraged and mentored young talent, providing an atmosphere and place where they can further their abilities, working side-by-side with the senior creatives. It's a chance for them to learn from those who have large agency and big brand experience. Over 300 people attended the awards and celebration that followed at Loose Cannon Galleries in Chattanooga.
